Terms of use
Effective 29 October 2026.
These terms apply to everyone who uses SalonMaster: salons and their users in the salon app, and salons' clients on a salon's page. By using the service you accept these terms.
1. Who provides the service
SalonMaster is provided by Norveon d.o.o., registered address: street, city, company number MB, tax number PIB (we). Contact: [email protected], +381 64 333 51 58.
2. What the service is
SalonMaster is a web app for running a salon: revenue entry, pay and costs, reports and the KPO record, predictions and a simulator, appointment booking and a salon page where clients send booking requests. Which parts a salon uses, and with what limits, is set by its plan.
3. Access and plans
- We open a company account by agreement with the salon. The plan (modules and limits) and the price are set by an offer or a contract with the salon.
- The company's owner (Admin) decides who gets an account and which role, and is responsible for the accounts they open.
- Everyone keeps their own password and does not share their account. If you suspect misuse, change your password and tell us.
4. Salon data
- The data a salon enters belongs to the salon. The salon can export it to PDF, Excel or CSV if its plan includes export, and in full on request after termination.
- The salon is responsible for having a legal basis for the data about its staff and clients that it enters. We process that data only on the salon's instructions, as the Privacy policy says.
5. What the service does not do
- It issues no fiscal receipts and does not replace a fiscal cash register.
- It files no returns or reports with the tax office or other authorities. The KPO record helps keep the book; the salon is responsible for its accuracy and filing.
- Reports, predictions and the simulator support decisions; they are not tax, legal or financial advice. Predictions are estimates from past data.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service against the law, to enter other people's data without a basis, to try to reach other people's data or the system, or in a way that disrupts the service for others.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance and faults can happen, and we announce planned interruptions in advance where we can. We develop and change the service; we do not remove a part included in a salon's plan without notice.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage, or for damage caused by inaccurate data entered by a user. Cap on total liability, for example the amount paid in the last 12 months: owner's decision. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
9. Termination
- A salon can stop using the service under its contract or offer.
- We can suspend or close the account of a company that breaches these terms or does not pay, with notice in advance, except where it is urgent to prevent harm.
- After termination we return or delete the data as the Privacy policy says.
10. For salons' clients
On a salon's page you send a booking request to the salon. The appointment is between you and the salon: the salon accepts or declines the request, sets prices and cancellation rules and is responsible for the service. We are not a party to that relationship. You sign in to a salon's page with a code sent by email, and you can stop using your account at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We tell users by email about material changes to these terms before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the changed terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent court in city, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
